- Develop and deliver lectures on anatomical concepts and principles: The anatomy professor will be responsible for preparing and presenting engaging and informative lectures to students.- Conduct laboratory sessions to demonstrate anatomical structures: The professor will lead hands-on laboratory sessions where students can observe and learn about anatomical structures firsthand.- Create and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding: The anatomy professor will design and conduct exams, quizzes, and other assessments to gauge student comprehension and mastery of anatomical topics.- Provide guidance and support to students through office hours and tutoring: The professor will offer additional support to students by holding office hours for questions and assistance outside of class time.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching materials: The anatomy professor will work with other faculty members to create an effective and comprehensive anatomy curriculum, as well as develop teaching aids and resources.Skills and Expectations:- MD/Medicine Doctor degree in Anatomy or related field.- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process.- Prior teaching experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment.
