We are seeking a Proposal Development Specialist to lead and manage the development of high-quality proposals in response to requests for proposals, requests for quotations, and other procurement requests. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, organizational, and project management skills, as well as experience in govt or private sector proposal submissions.Responsibilities:Proposal Management: Lead the proposal development process from start to submission, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all RFP/RFQ requirements.Proposal Writing: Develop clear, persuasive, and compelling proposal narratives, executive summaries, and responses to RFP sections.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, operations) to gather the necessary information, documentation, and pricing for the proposal.Compliance & Review: Ensure proposals are compliant with the clients requirements and internal standards. Conduct internal reviews and revisions as needed.Research: Conduct thorough research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to develop a proposal strategy that aligns with the company's strengths.Editing & Formatting: Edit and format proposals to ensure consistency in style, format, and language. Proofread to ensure there are no errors in the final submission.Proposal Templates & Content: Create and maintain proposal templates, databases, and a library of standard responses, case studies, and technical content to streamline future submissions.Risk Identification: Identify potential risks in the proposal process, timeline, or scope and work with relevant teams to mitigate those risks.Client Communication: Manage communications with potential clients during the proposal process, ensuring all questions and clarifications are addressed.Post-Submission Follow-Up: Monitor and manage follow-up with clients after proposal submission, including answering clarifications and providing additional documentation if needed.
