Conduct site visits and property inspections to evaluate physical condition, suitability for redevelopment, and investment risks. Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents, analysts, and legal counsel, to evaluate property viability and negotiate deals. Prepare detailed property reports, including financial projections, risk assessments, and investment recommendations, for review by senior management. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging market trends, and regulatory changes that may impact property values and investment decisions.Ideal Candidate Requirements : Proven experience in real estate, premises acquisition and property consulting. Candidates should have geographical knowledge of Chennai - All areas. Strong connects with local real estate brokers and property consultants. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics, property valuation methods, and legal requirements. This role involves travelling on a daily basis. Candidate must have Two - Wheeler with valid driving license.

Liaison Land Acquisition Property Acquisition Site Selection

Source land options from the list of identified locations based on the requirement shared Seek out as many land options possible as per the requirement list shared Visit the land to understand the location, development, saleability, water & other basic legal parameters Set up meetings with landlords to negotiate and finalize the transaction terms Support in documentation and provide last mile support to the landlord in terms of documents/information Manage professional relationships with all brokers and landlords Maintain a land broker/consultant database, and engage with them constantly to ensure they share relevant land opportunities Understand the legal related aspects of a land documents such as EC, patta, chitta etc. Must know how to source the above-mentioned documents Must support in document preparation for all approvals, RERA and NOCs (if any) Co-ordinate and liaison with Government officials on tasks such as EC rectification, settlement deed, registration, sub division etc.
