Timely replacement of mechanical parts to avoid breakdowns. Correct knowledge and availability of spares.Plant modifications :Provide input for modifications. Assist /prepare plan for approval Execution of modification scheme.People : Training and development: Knowledge sharing with technicians and developing them. On job training to technicians and contract employees before job execution.Diploma Mechanical/ B Tech : Around 10-12 years of electrical operation & maintenance of continuous process plant (Manufacturing Industry).Technical /Functional Expertise: Skills in fault diagnosis and rectification of routine electrical problems in plant and mechanical Distribution system. Technical skills for cost effective and quality repairs/ of mechanical equipment and to monitor Skills to plan maintenance jobs systematically with proper job prioritization and job coordination.
