1.Project Planning and ExecutionPlan and schedule 20 to 30 projects at a time, keeping in mind client expectations, site constraints & INC teams capabilitiesOversee the execution of rooftop residential solar projects through a team ofsite supervisors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive measuresto mitigate them.2.Team ManagementManage a team of site supervisors, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.Scout & onboard new INC teams. Provide requisite training, guidance & handholding on company processes & safety procedures.Coordinate work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.Identify the right trainings for the team members on a quarterly basis with the view of enhancing team skills and overall team productivity.3.Budget ManagementTrack project budgets as per project costing, ensuring that projects are completed within planned financial parameters.Monitor project expenses, review cost reports, and implement cost-control measures.Collaborate with the finance department to track project costs, invoices, and payments.4.Collaboration with Departments:Liaise effectively with the design head to ensure site design documents are updated & available as per actual site conditions well before execution.Collaborate on procurement activities vetting & validating BOMs, STAD/ GA Drawings, Electrical, participating in INC Team Biddings, ensuring high quality material & INC teams are chosen for large sites.Communicate project requirements & ensure material availability on site by coordinating with Purchase, Warehouse & Logistics departments.
