The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage solar project execution (EPC).Plan, monitor, and control project progress across multiple sites.Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients.Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.Handle documentation, reporting, and communication with management.Ensure safety compliance and risk management at all sites.

Manager / Sr. Engineer (ELV Projects)Roles and Responsibilities1.Project Execution Estimating the workforce requirements site-to-site basis & Deployment of manpower (Supervisor / Technician) for the respective projects on daily basis. Assigning targets to team members and reviewing the status of the assignments on daily basis Responsible for quality of the work executed. Responsible for the Communication on the site progress and work-related issues to the client and seniors on daily basis Follow up from purchase team and ensure on-timely delivery of material at site. Timely submission of invoice and measurement sheet Preparation and submission of project closure report to clients.2. AMC ManagementSubmission of proposals for AMCPreparation of AMC visit schedules.Intimating the client about the scheduled periodic visitsPreparation of report on site visit and submission of the same to client.Management of service calls and assigning the man power for the attendance.Desired Candidate ProfileB.
