Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights Shape and communicate our vision and mission Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the brand identity Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions Devise innovative growth strategies Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics Write pitches, blog posts and articles Conduct meetings with clients Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates. Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market. Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs. Increasing product sales and market share. Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data. Develop custom brand management plans for each product and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management each month. Assist the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays. Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved
