This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who excels in managing teams and ensuring project success from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure the plans are realistic and achievable, considering potential risks.- Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the project team. Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns promptly.- Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to maintain high quality.- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses closely.
