Project Manager (Construction)Requirements Proven experience as construction project manager Familiarity with construction/ project management software BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field will be an advantage PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage n-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Experience : 5-10 years in relevant industry Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Prepare, maintain and review purchasing records, produce management reports, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, approve bills for payment, Create spreadsheets with vendor & product or service comparisons of prospective suppliers to support management decisions Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claimsInterested candidates please send your CV.Regards
