project manager (construction)
requirements
• proven experience as construction project manager
• familiarity with construction/ project management software
• bsc/ba in engineering, building science or relevant field will be an advantage
• pmp or equivalent certification will be an advantage
• n-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• experience : 5-10 years in relevant industry

responsibilities
• collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• prepare, maintain and review purchasing records, produce management reports, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, approve bills for payment,
• create spreadsheets with vendor & product or service comparisons of prospective suppliers to support management decisions
• monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims
