Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage interior fitout projects from start to completion. Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors. Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion. Manage site teams including supervisors, subcontractors, and labour. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor material procurement, site resources, and project costs. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at site. Handle project documentation, reporting, and billing coordination.
