We are looking for a skilled Project Site Engineer with 7 to 13 years of experience to manage and oversee construction projects in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This full-time position requires working from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure effective project execution.- Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of work and materials, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.- Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or changes that arise during the project.- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and safety audits to track performance and compliance.- Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, approving expenses, and avoiding unnecessary costs.- Team Leadership: Guide and support site staff, fostering a productive work environment and ensuring effective communication among team members.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction methods. Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion. Manage site teams including supervisors, subcontractors, and labour. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor material procurement, site resources, and project costs. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
