CANDIDATE MUST HANDLE THE MEDICAL DEVICES MANUFACTURING UNIT INDEPENDENTLY. STAFF RECRUITMENT, CORDINATION, DAY TO DAY WORK AND STANDARD PRODUCTION SCHDULE WILL BE THE MAIN ROLL OF THE CANDIDATE. PLEASENT, SOFT CONVERSION AND DEDICATION WILL BE APRICIATED.

Job Purpose:To ensure smooth & timely production output in a cost efficient mannerJob Responsibilities / Accountability (major end results the job is expected to achieve):Production Planning & Coordination Job allotment to our 4 factories based on various parameters like Resources Capacity, Size, Transportation easiness, PO Tax terms etc. Production Schedule Preparation and Distribution of same into various department Monitoring of Production status and levelling up the Priorities to meet the targets. Documentation of production status. Reporting/ Discussing the execution status & sorting out the difficulties, with Top Management Contact Point for clients for the execution status. Coordinating with our factory-In-charge, Stores, for their necessary requirements. Internal Link between Production Team & other various departments. Allocating technicians for various sites/factories based on the requirement Coordination with Sales Team Check the new order receipt and order log Understanding the Scope of Supply. Checking of any order amendment to be received from client or not, prior to dispatch. Reminding them for payment follow up in case of Proforma Invoices as per PO Terms prior to dispatches Coordination with Drawing Team Follow up of drawing approval/ submission / issuing for manufacturing, status. Informing them to issue the Drawing on our respective manufacturing locations based on the production Schedule Plan Receive of manufacturing drawing. Reminding them for Purchase Requisition issue along with drawing.Coordination with Local Purchase Team Checking the order status of requisitioned items. Giving them the priorities of bought out items requirement based on the status of job and delivery requirement. Follow up for the receipt of bought out items
