We are looking for Production Operators for Sulur FactoryJob ResponsibilitiesPerform Production and assembly work as per work instructionsOperate Production equipment and tools safelyCarry out basic inspection of productsFollow quality, safety and housekeeping requirementsMeet daily production targets and quality standardsPerform other production related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:Production Operations:Assist in operating machinery and equipment as per instructions.Learn and perform basic assembly or production tasks under supervision.Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the assigned processes.Quality Assurance:Conduct basic quality checks during production to ensure adherence to specifications.Report any product defects or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.Workplace Safety:Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations in the workplace.Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Equipment Maintenance:Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.Report any machinery issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.Learning & Development:Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production techniques.Understand and apply Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles (if applicable).Record Keeping:Maintain logs of production activities and output.Document any incidents or issues observed during the shift.
