Inducting the employees by orienting them with policies (food safety), process, roles and responsibilities. Ensure that the HACCP, Q. A. system is operating in the company is in line with the requirements of the current national and international standards. Responsible for following companys approved production processes and process control procedures. Identifying improvement in existing system Identification of training needs of the departmental colleagues. Ensure legal compliance for food preparation and safety. Initiating and ensuring the recall of the products from market place and/or from end consumers as per the defined procedure. Evaluating the cases of deviations in case of major food safety incidences and additional preventive actions to be taken. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to products or processes.
