Foaming Assistant Manager/Department: Production / ManufacturingLocation: Palghar West, Maharashtra Experience Required: 67 years in manufacturing (preferably PU foam) Education: ITI / Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Shift : Day shift ( 9am - 7pm) Weekly off : Friday 6+ years experience in production Ability to work with machines, gauges, valves, and safety systems Physically fit and alert to manage chemical processes safelyJob Summary:Responsible for executing the foam production process on the shop floor, managing raw chemical mixing, operating foaming machines, monitoring block quality, and ensuring smooth and safe foaming operations as per production plans.Key Responsibilities:Production Assist in planning and executing daily PU foam production schedules. Prepare and mix chemicals (Polyol, TDI, pigments, additives) in the correct ratio. Set and monitor machine parameters like pressure, flow rate, temperature, etc. Check block size, density, rise quality, and control issues like shrinkage or bubbles.Quality Checks/ Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily production logbooks: chemical usage, batch number, block output. Inform the maintenance team of any issues with pumps, tanks, or mixers. Check raw material stock daily and update Team Support: Supervise and guide machine operators and shift workers. Supervise the loading/unloading of raw materials near the foaming section.
