Roles & Responsibilities: Provide product and service information to customers; Complete call logs and reports; Other duties as assigned; Identify and escalate issues to supervisors; Research the required information using available resources; Document all information according to standard operating procedures; Escalating customer feedback as required; Business Development Activities such as lead generation through Email, calling, meeting etc.; Making customer profiles and assist sales team in qualifying prospects, making proposals, coordinating with direct sales team; Analyze potential markets; Resolving customer queries and ensuring strong customer satisfaction; A strong commitment to customer service.Desirable: Excellent communication/written skills Presentation skills, prospecting skills, and negotiation skills.
