Profile Description: The position holder have to do enablement of sales function. One have to create business pipeline and have to work on data, have to identify which account to target, what should be the proposal, how to pitch in the market for new accounts or packages and also to create upsell opportunities.Job Description:1. Identify new monetization opportunities and develop products to cater to these needs2. Identify upsell opportunities to improve the Per Customer Revenue3. Analyze the customer behavior data to assess the engagement levels and design solutions to reduce the customer churn4. Create and launch Go Live Plans for customer experience improvement programs5. Assist in development of annual operating plans for Sales, Upsell and Customer Retention6. Develop performance metrics, promotion schemes and monitor key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the Sales and Servicing teams

Handle entire PMLC from Planning to Execution, Work with customer on functional and technical aspects of project delivery and support, Provide sales and marketing support statements of work, proposals and application demonstrations
