Hands-on experience in handling Plastic Injection Moulding Machines from 350T to 3500T forautomotive component moulding. Independently manage process setting, parameter optimization, cycle time reduction, rejectioncontrol, and productivity improvement. Expertise in handling Small to large Injection moulds of Bumpers & Instrument Panels etc. withHot Runner / Sequential Valve Gate Systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for moulding defects such as:o Sink Markso Flasho Short Mouldingo Warpageo Weld Lineso Burn Markso Tiger Markso Other process-related defects Experience with robot automation / take-out systems. Conducting mould trials, mould validation, and process approvals. Close coordination with Mould Assembly and Quality Engineering teams. Good knowledge of engineering resins and raw materials such as:PP, ABS, PC, ASA, PBT , Glass-filled / Mineral-filled materials, etc. Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing. Capability to handle OEM audits, customer visits, and process discussions. Experience in export mould trials, sample approvals, and packaging support. Ensure full Safety Compliance on shop floor.

Educate the operator about Kaizen, Shop Floor Losses, and Poke Yoke etc. Production planning, manpower planning, scheduling To ensure that all necessary aids to the production are available for smooth functioning of the Weld shop (Man, Machine, Method &Material) Ensuring safety measures in day to day working in the department. To initiate Kaizen activities in the department. Maintaining 5-S and to Train, Guide and Motivate personnel along with maintaining discipline on shop floor.
