1. Production Supervision & Execution: Monitor and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets. Coordinate with shift workers to ensure smooth workflow. Assist in implementing production schedules and plans.2. Process Optimization & Efficiency: Ensure machines and equipment are running efficiently. Identify areas for productivity improvement and report to the Production Manager. Minimize waste and enhance output through process improvements.3. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all production processes adhere to quality standards. Report defects or deviations in product specifications to the Quality Team. Conduct in-line inspections and ensure quality measures are followed.4. Team Supervision & Workforce Management: Lead and supervise the production team on the shop floor. Conduct on-the-job training for new employees. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and work procedures.5. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and monitor safe working practices. Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections. Ensure a clean and hazard-free production environment.6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily production reports, downtime logs, and shift records. Track and report material usage and wastage. Communicate any issues or delays to the Production Manager.

Product component vertical audit as per plan and ensure Process & product Compliance. Conduct 5S audit of Assigned area. Weekly safety GEMBA walk in plant. Layout inspection as per plan. Prepare in house and customer rejection analysis data. Submit Kaizen every month to Kaizen Committee from Quality Side. Daily Rejection Zone meeting to discuss daily line problem, Quality issue and Customer Complaint. Maintaining quality documentation at final inspection area like S.O.P, Visual Catalogues, and Work Instructions. Prepare PDIR reports for dispatch parts. Online Inspection, Final Inspection, Non-conformance recording, Root Cause Analysi1-2 Yrs. Experience in quality engineer role with manufacturing facility. Bachelors degree in engineering/technology field from recognised university & institute in india is mandatory. Diploma/certification is preferred and added advantage.

Develop and implement safety policies /Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards/Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Stay current with developments in industry safety standards and best practices.Qualifications

Department-C & P (Production)Qualification-B.E-MechanicalExp.- 3-5yr/CTC- 4-5 lakhPlanning and executing improvement project at cutting and packing , as well as at frosting .Ensuring availability of packing tools .Regular Preventive Maintenance of chemical coating system, Powder coating system and Branding machines.Basic knowledge of glass industry w.r.t. process, machineries, packing materials and methods; man management on continuous production line.
