Job Position: Business Development ExecutiveIndustry: Building Materials (Wall & Tile Care Products)Experience: 13 Years (FMCG or Building Materials preferred)Salary: 15,000 20,000 per monthKey Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard potential dealers, retailers, and contractors in the assigned territory.- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely payment collections.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key market stakeholders.- Organize and conduct contractor meets, product demonstrations, and site visits.- Gather market intelligence and prepare competitor activity reports.- Coordinate with the Head Office for order processing, deliveries, and follow-ups.-Ensure proper branding, merchandising, and visibility of the companys products in the market.Requirements:-12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.-13 years of sales experience (FMCG / Building Materials preferred).-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Good knowledge of the local market with a strong dealer/contractor network.-Two-wheeler is mandatory for fieldwork.- Basic understanding of construction sites and ability to create reports.
