Responsibilities:1. Provide administrative support to the executive, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.2. Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and faxes.3. Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents.4. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.5. Conduct research and compile reports as needed.6. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.7. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal and
