We are looking for a skilled Computer & Printer Hardware Engineer responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge of hardware components, and the ability to provide onsite and in-shop support. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair desktop, laptop, and printer hardware issuesInstall, configure, and upgrade hardware componentsTroubleshoot laser printers, inkjet printers, barcode printers, and thermal printersPerform chip-level or board-level repair (if required)Install operating systems, drivers, and softwareNetwork printer setup and sharing configurationPreventive maintenance and servicing of devicesMaintain service reports and job recordsProvide customer support and technical guidance Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/ITI/Bachelors in Computer Hardware, IT, or related fieldKnowledge of printer mechanisms (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.)Understanding of motherboard, SMPS, RAM, SSD/HDD installationBasic networking knowledge (LAN, IP setup)Ability to use diagnostic tools and multimetersGood communication and customer handling skills Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience with thermal or POS printersKnowledge of CCTV or networking devicesField service experienceAbility to handle multiple repair tasks efficiently
