The Quotation Specialist provides quotations to end-user customers. Processes quotations based on deadlines given by potential customers/management. Update/Review quotation pricing based on value, products categories, and margins set by management. Obtain and maintain current pricing structures, the products datasheet and products listing updations. Quotation Specialists are required to work closely with all departments to ensure accurate pricing is shared. Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management. To maintain a database of received/submitted quotations for regular follow-up and necessary records.Education and Skills Any bachelors degree with a minimum 1 year of previous work experience as a quotation specialist. Experience with Busy, MS Office, and any quotation preparing software. Basic Mathematics skills required. Having the ability to work under deadlines. Ability to prioritize assigned workload.
