The Service Engineer will also provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective and timely service.Responsibilities:Installation and Commissioning:Install, set up, and commission company products or systems at customer locations.Ensure proper functioning and adherence to specifications during the installation process.Maintenance and Repairs:Perform routine maintenance on products to ensure optimal performance.Diagnose and repair malfunctions or technical issues promptly and efficiently.Customer Support:Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.Prepare detailed service reports and submit them to the appropriate channels.Training:Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of products.Provide guidance and assistance to customers in troubleshooting common issues.Quality Assurance:Ensure that all service activities comply with company quality standards and procedures.Implement corrective actions to address identified issues and improve service quality.Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to address customer needs and improve product performance.Communicate effectively with colleagues to share knowledge and insights.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.Strong technical and problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.
