Sr. mechanical EngineersBachelor or Diploma degree with a specialization in the mechanical all type of fabrication work and can present a working experience of at least 5 years. Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry are an advantage. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Analyze root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement new process tools according to required order. Coordinate with technicians and provide support to various teams and maintain the quality of the work processes in systems. Manage all communication with supervisors and ensure the efficiency of the fabrication process and resolve issues for processes. Design various ideas for pressure vessels, heat exchangers etc and prepare detailed drawings for all fabrication processes. Prepare estimates and quotes for supply materials and assist to fabricate and weld the products. Plan materials for new products and ensure optimal utilization of the resources and administer product orders and ensure compliance with the timeframe for the various fabricated products. Coordinate with the engineering team and prepare products. Assist the production manager and prepare reports on a regular basis after final inspections. Manage and reconcile work orders with help of vendors and prepare required drawings and evaluate welding joints. Maintain quality for fabrication from conceptualization to implementation and perform an inspection for welding, painting and sandblast. Collaborate with the work team and assist in the delivery of projects. Review of WPS & PQR & Welder Qualification prior to welding. Verification of Raw Materials plates, pipes, fittings, structural sections and review of Test Certificates. Structural Fabrication NDT Level II in RT, UT, PT, MT.

1. Study of process parameters thoroughly2. Design of the equipment as per standards (ASME, TEMA)3. Cost price estimation of the equipment as per design planned4. Meeting with the client and understanding and clearing their technical requirements5. Preparation of technical offer as per standards6. Preparation of Bill of Materials and Bill of Quantity as per design7. Co ordination with purchase for the costing of materials (Raw material, Consumables, Flanges, Labor)7. Co ordination with purchase for the costing of materials (Raw material, Consumables, Flanges, Labor)9. Standardize the estimation sheet for the fellow subordinates so that the costing stays inline with the design parameters
