1. Overseeing and managing Interior & Modular projects, site measurement & execution, ensuring quality control, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supervising a team of workers.2. Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.3. Technical knowledge (Material knowledge, Execution process and Drawing understanding).4.. Understand the Modular kitchens and Wardrobe designs. (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).5. Civil works & services (specifications & installation details).6. Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.7. Conduct regular site inspections and address any construction issues promptly.8. Manage labor relations and ensure a safe working environment.9. Ensure compliance with design plans and projectspecifications, supervise and inspect the execution of interior site work to meet quality standards.10. Manage site logistics, resources, and schedules efficiently.11. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.12. Resolve site issues and conflictspromptly.13. Ability to read and interpret design drawings and plans.14. Excellent communication and leadership skills.15. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientedenvironment.

Preparing work schedules and track work activities of Operator, Assistant operator & Labours- Supervise all Production activities at plant and train on-site personnel including all operator,assistant operator & labours- Establish safety protocols for all personnel & for operation of all machineries at the plant- Handling of all the personnels working at the plant- Maintain records & attendance of all personnel working at plant.- Will be responsible for the daily production activities and overall efficiency of the plant- Conduct safety meetings, weekly inspection, and audits of machines & equipments.- Ensuring implementation of all appropriate health & safety standards- Maintain quality control & safety regulations- Submit weekly progress reports- Manage the inventory of spare parts and other consumables- Perform other related duties as assigned from H.O.- Making entries of daily site activity at MCL authorised software.- Basic qualification: Diploma or graduate in any Engineering field.- Languages preferred: Basic English, Hindi, Marathi and local Language
