Expert in interior design for premium villas, residential apartments, clubhouses, commercial offices, hospitality , service apartments, co-livings with relevant experience, and with an eye for detail. Interior Design and Coordination with External consultants, Contractors Vendors, site execution team, etc. Review interior design proposals sent by Architects. Review and evaluate the interior design as per set parameters of design, functionality, aesthetics, experience, cost, construction etc. Preparing and evaluating BOQ for interior works. Proficient in Designing and A-Cad Drafting, photo shop. Selection of materials, design and presentations. Supervision / Execution of work. Tendering, negotiation Finalisation of Interior Contracts.
