We are seeking an experienced and result-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales channels, including the company website and marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, optimizing website performance, managing product listings, and coordinating digital marketing activities to enhance customer acquisition and conversion rates.

Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse for material availability.Monitor and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.Manage inventory levels to avoid overproduction and stockouts.Prepare and analyze production reports, address inefficiencies.Collaborate with quality control to resolve production issues.Ensure safety and quality standards during the production process.Support continuous improvement initiatives for better efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:->Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels(Google Ads, Social Media,SEO, Email, etc.).->Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analyticstools(Google Analytics,SEMrush, etc.).->Manage and maintain social media profiles and pages, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.Create engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.->Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.->Optimize the website for SEO to increase organic search traffic and improve search rankings.->Work with the design team to create visually appealing digital assets(banners, graphics, videos, etc.).->Collaborate with salesteamsto ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals.->Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating content, segmentation, and tracking performance.->Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practicesin digital marketing.
