Experience in Hydraulic Pneumatic , hoses, valves , flanges , SS/CS fittings.Job Responsibilities To achieve & maintain smooth services coordination between offer division and production by proper planning of all materials with safe operating workplace. Preparation of Schedule in Microsoft Office Excel and Monitoring of Progress. Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months Look-Ahead Schedule. Updating Actual Progress and All Related Information & Comparison Analysis. Review And Forecast Material as Per the Order and Conduct Contract Work As Per requirement And Try To Do Not Brake Continuity Of Work Of Production. Regularly analyses order plans and doublechecks available stock of material, parts and components. Reducing absolute inventory to conduct monthly inventory ageing meeting and act on it to consume material as soon as possible. Planning and coordinating materials with production and SCM department. Scheduling deliveries of Raw materials by specified time to begin production on time. Have knowledge of ERP system, Mechanical drawing and BOM preparation. Vendor follow up for readiness of material and final product.

Production Planning:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements, capacity constraints, and customer demands.Develop detailed production plans and schedules for additive manufacturing processes, considering resource availability and lead times.Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished products related to additive manufacturing.Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for process improvement within the additive manufacturing workflow.Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization.Quality Control:Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define and implement quality control measures for additive manufacturing processes.Monitor and analyze quality data to ensure that products meet or exceed established standards.Scheduling and Execution:Coordinate the execution of production schedules, ensuring timely start and completion of additive manufacturing jobs.Monitor progress and address any deviations from the plan, making necessary adjustments as required.Resource Allocation:Allocate resources, including machines, manpower, and materials, to maximize production output while adhering to cost and time constraints.Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong communication between production teams, engineering, and management to ensure alignment with production goals and priorities.
