Analyze and transform business requirements into technical solutions. Design, develop and deliver high-quality Windchill PLM solutions to meet business requirements. Develop solutions by extending the Windchill PLM framework & integrations to meet business needs at the global scale.What we need to see: Hands-on development on Windchill PLM application using Java/J2EE stack, preferably on cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure) In-depth functional and technical knowledge of the Windchill PLM application Experience as a software developer in configuring and customizing Windchill core modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA) Experience developing scalable and secure solutions using Windchill APIs, Info Engine, XML, JavaScript, JSP and JMS Excellent knowledge of Windchill Architecture, Database, Configuration Management, Change Management, Lifecycles and workflow customization. Proven knowledge of Windchill integration development and tools (Windchill ESI and TIBCO) Exposure to Windchill REST API architecture to build and integrate the API with other systems is a plus. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and advocate for Continuous Integration Delivery (CI/CD) based application development Excellent learning and interpersonal skills to work independently as well with a global team

Your Responsibilities Will Be: Prioritize Configurator related projects based on business strategy and working with globalbusiness process leader & resource them suitably. Collaborate with SBU, Engineering, Operation and Trade compliance teams to develop thefunctional requirements for Configurator and details them in standard Emerson formats likeproduct matrix, Part Per code, Lead time, Trade Compliance etc Provide technical leadership for overall Configurator development, issue resolution and pro-active approach towards improvements, maintenance & support by working closely with endusers. Drive Engineering Process using detailed approach, data driven decisions, project metrics(Lead time, FPY, Cost etc), continuous improvement and innovation. Provide People Leadership by attracting, developing & retaining top talents through suitableorganization structure, performance culture, open & candid communication in partnershipwith HR.You Will Need: Bachelors Degree in any Engineering field or equivalent from reputed institutes with aminimum of 15 yrs relevant exp Strong technical skills needed for product Configurator development.
