The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in plant operations.QualificationITI (Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical / Electrical or related trade)Freshers are welcome to apply.Experience: 0 to 1 Year in plant operation, water treatment, RO plants, or related field.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate RO plants, water treatment plants, and associated equipment.Monitor plant performance and maintain operational parameters.Record daily production, pressure, flow, and other operational data.Perform routine inspection of pumps, motors, valves, and pipelines.Assist in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the plant area.Report any equipment malfunction or abnormal operation to the supervisor.Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.Required SkillsBasic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to read and maintain log sheets and operational records.Good troubleshooting and observation skills.Willingness to work in shifts and at project sites if required.Teamwork and positive attitude.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of RO, DM, STP, ETP, or WTP operations.Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.Salary & BenefitsSalary: As per company standards and candidate experience.Training and career growth opportunities.Reporting ToPlant Supervisor / Operations ManagerExperience Range: Freshers to 1 Year
