As a RMC Plant Manager, you will be responsible for Plant Maintains in the following areas:Assign and schedule work orders so they are completed on time.Assisting entire operation of the plant and machinery with full Adv technical support.Provides complete support for the promotion of sales to achieve the desired target.Overall supervision of plant, machinery, Maintenance, vehicle routing, quality control etc.Monitor Day-to-day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites.Coordinates the overall maintenance activities through planning and communication with peers, team members, customers (internal and external), suppliers and technical staff.Develops and controls plans and budgets for the maintenance area.Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating, manner.Follows through with daily checks for accuracy and progress.Co-ordination with sales & purchase depts. for the effective output of the plant.Schedules people, machines, materials, and support services to achieve maximum team efficiency in meeting production requirements.Ensures team members are trained to guarantee proper skill sets are developed and improved on daily. Basic troubleshooting, installation, erection & commissioning, maintenance and repair on designated blowing machinery & filling machinery.Have the knowledge of assembling, troubleshooting mechanical components and pneumatic components.(For Mechanical Service Engineers)Have the Knowledge of assembling, Troubleshooting Electrical components such as PLC, Drives and Motors. (For Electrical Service Engineers)Training and educating the operator or customer to run our machines at the time of erection and commissioning of machines.Convey and advice is given to the customer at the time of maintenance work.Given preference to Multilingual candidates (languages needed ENGLISH, HINDI, TELUGU, KANNADA)Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.Update the communication with the customer and status of work completion to the service advisor daily.The ability to lift and carry a toolbox that can weigh up to 25 kgs.
