Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: Supervise day-to-day on-site operations to ensure all work is completed according to project plans, engineering specifications, and architectural drawings.Quality Control (QA/QC): Monitor material quality, structural integrity, and workmanship. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets standard industrial codes and company protocols.Labor & Resource Management: Coordinate and supervise the site workforce (including subcontractors and laborers), assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.Site Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols on-site to maintain a hazard-free work environment. Conduct regular tool-box safety briefings.Material Coordination: Track inventory, manage on-site material storage, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure no work stoppages occur due to resource shortages.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site diaries, compile Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), and update project trackers to keep the management informed of timelines or potential bottlenecks.Real-time Troubleshooting: Identify technical discrepancies or site constraints early and provide practical, immediate engineering solutions to keep the project on schedule.

Experience in 3D piping design using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Plant 3D.Skilled in pipe routing, equipment modeling, isometric generation, and P&ID integration.Knowledge of piping layouts, BOM preparation, clash detection, and fabrication drawings.Familiar with ASME standards, pipe supports, valves, fittings, and plant design coordination.

Key Responsibilities3D Modeling & 2D Drafting: Develop precise 3D part models and complex structural assemblies using industry-standard computer-aided design (CAD) software. Create detailed 2D manufacturing drawings with clear geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA): Optimize component designs to ensure they can be easily machined, molded, cast, or fabricated with minimum raw material waste and setup costs.Material Selection & Engineering Calculations: Perform fundamental mechanical calculations (including stress, strain, torque, and tolerance stacks) to select ideal materials (such as specific steel grades, aluminum alloys, or polymers) for parts.Bill of Materials (BOM) Generation: Create and maintain complete, accurate structural Bill of Materials (BOMs), assembly structures, and technical product documentation within our PLM/ERP system.Prototype Validation & Revisions: Collaborate with the tool room and prototyping shop to evaluate early product samples; revise digital CAD models based on test failures, structural weaknesses, or shop-floor assembly feedback.Standardization & Compliance: Ensure all engineered drawings conform strictly to international and national drafting standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, or IS) and company design protocols.
