Looking For Fabrication Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities, including cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and finishing operations.

Allocate manpower, machines, and resources efficiently to achieve production schedules.

Ensure fabrication work is carried out according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor productivity, material utilization, and fabrication efficiency.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning departments to resolve operational issues.

Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and safe operating procedures.

Monitor welding and fabrication processes to minimize defects and rework.

Train, guide, and evaluate fabrication operators, welders, and fitters.

Maintain production records, shift reports, and material consumption reports.

Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure timely completion of fabrication projects and customer orders.
