- Conduct assessments and evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine their needs for physical therapy: As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients to create personalized treatment plans.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings: You will need to design and execute treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient to improve their physical health.- Provide hands-on therapy services to patients: Your role will involve providing hands-on therapy services such as massages, exercises, and stretches to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain.- Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and management techniques: It is essential to educate patients and their families about ways to prevent injuries and manage their conditions effectively.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records: You will be required to keep detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress to ensure continuity of care.Skills and Expectations:1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or related field.2. Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and their families effectively.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.5.
