Need a skilled Lab/Operations Chemist/ Technician for handling of Lab & Operations Batch Testing, Development and Production of Pigments.Duties :- 1) Managing overall Lab Operations and Testing of various batches.2) Develop and evaluate products to meet technical specifications.3) Support the development and commercialization of new products.4) Handling and solving production and quality related issues.5) Handling Raw Material / Finished Goods Testing to maintain appropriate production quality and quantity.6) Will maintain documentation as per ISO standard and Set a internal standard for documentation for everyone to refer to.7) To Provide Full time services and sincere dedication to product development and production.8) Provide technical expertise/guidance and support to sales and marketing teams, during the introduction of new products.9) Maintains detailed technical records in the form of a laboratory notebook or computer databases.10) To maintain all required records in order and details.11) To be to Handle lab equipments i.e. lab reactors, vacuum pump, pigment muller, vibroshaker , spectrophoto meter, viscometer and lab analytical equipments.12) Able to check products for suitability and testing for performance under various conditions.13) Preparation of SOP and other documentations. 14) Candidate needs to be dynamic hard working & target oriented.
