The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and dedicated, as this role involves meeting strict monthly sales targets. The job requires regular visits to retailers, wholesalers, stockists, distributors, farmers, dairy farms, and veterinary doctors to drive sales. A two-wheeler is mandatory for this position, and the candidate is responsible for fuel reimbursement. Our company enforces a stringent policy regarding target sales, and the Sales Executive must ensure these targets are met by collecting advance payments from customers on the semi-closing (15th) and monthly closing (30th) dates.
