Required Fitness Trainer.

The candidate will be responsible for training clients in the gym

Should have minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience as an Executive Assistant to the MD / Director of a Company.Educational Qualification:- GraduatesRoles Responsibilities:-Answering Directing phone calls, taking, organizing and distributing messages/correspondence.Maintaining Company Schedules.Maintaining and ordering office supplies.Scheduling meetings and conferences.Typing, preparing and collating reports.Organizing documents and paperwork and maintaining a filing system.Organising servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).Managing databases all Lists like Insurance, Credit Cards etc.Prioritising workloads.Liasing / coordinating with relevant organisations and clients - Manufacturing Party's, Trade Marks, Company Secretary.Working in a receptionist capacity to greet clients, customers and visitors.Answering calls.Supervising Staff new Employees.Implementing administrative procedures.Skill Set Required:-Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite (WORD EXCEL MUST).Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.Excellent Follow Up Skills.Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.Professional Level Verbal And Written Communications Skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
