Field Sales Executive Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.Sales Executive Responsibilities:Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.Researching prospects and generating leads.Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.Managing the sales process through specific software programs.Building and maintaining a CRM database.Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Participating in sales team meetings.To look after a defined territory (HQ & surrounding areas)To visit retailer market regularly as per the beat planIdentify and add new market potentialShould be done min. 25-30 calls in a dayCompetitors updateIdentifying new business opportunities in retailer sales and converting them into clientPayment collection as per terms agreed with clientTo demonstrate focused and new articles and collect primary-secondary orderTo give secondary orders to distributorTo keep track of dispatches from distributor to retailer Must have good communication skill.Experience in distributor handlingShould have experience in field salesAbility to negotiate Basic understanding of marketing & product demonstrationGood decision making and fast learnerShould be passionate about sales experience in FMCG is preferredMust have two wheeler with driving licenseSales Executive Requirements:Graduate1.5 yr- 2 years of sales experience.Excellent customer service and sales skills.Strong verbal and written communicator.Excellent phone and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
