Job Title: Commissioning Engineer Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)Department: Operations & MaintenanceLocation: Anywhere in India Job Purpose:To ensure smooth commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), ensuring treated water meets environmental standards. The role involves on-site coordination, chemical handling, troubleshooting, and client interaction for successful handover and continued performance.Key Responsibilities:1.. Commissioning Activities:Conduct pre-commissioning checks, flushing, testing, and trial runs.Execute system start-up, monitor parameters, and stabilize operations.2. Operational Management:Operate the plant as per standard procedures and ensure compliance with environmental norms.Record daily operational parameters like flow, pH, COD, BOD, TSS, etc.Maintain chemical dosing systems and ensure chemical stock levels.3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical/electrical/chemical systems.Identify and resolve operational issues and report major faults.Key Skills Required:Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (physical, chemical, biological).Familiarity with lab instruments and chemical analysis techniques.Hands-on experience in ETP start-up, troubleshooting, and O&M.Qualifications:Education: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Environmental Science / Industrial Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related field.

Responsible for monitor plant performance through Centralized Monitoring System and optimize the asset performance through regular feedback to site coordinator/site in charge. Also, interaction with customer on plant optimization and feedback for improvement in performance if needed.Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of Pvsyst Knowledge of Advance Excel Analysis of plant with Pvsyst simulation on monthly basis with site measured data Energy and PR modelling for third party O&M with Pvsyst simulation Communication with internal and external stake holder for value added feedbacks on time to time from operation of plant. SOP Preparation & record keeping. Performance Analysis with analytical tool Preparation of contractual deliverables and monitoring.Technical Competencies: 0-2 + years experience in renewable field. Interested in solar technology Any certificate in solar technology (Like PV Syst/PV SOL/GSES/NISE) is desirable. B.E Electrical / Electronics & communications Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing in English.
