CSSA Job description:CSSA Job Description As a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), you will analyze, design and develop business solutions on Pega platform. You will participate in all phases of the development life cycle, working closely with Business Analysts and LSA. You will be responsible for designing and developing the technical solution and lead/guide small team in development activities and ensure the quality deliverable. Detailed JD Should be CSSA certified with 4+ years of demonstrated experience in design, development and implementation of PRPC-based solutions. Should have good experience to design and develop reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega. Solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object-Oriented concepts Should have integration experience using SOAP/HTTP connectors and Web Services, MQ/JMS/File listeners Should be proficient in PL/SQL and tuning of Databases Strong experience in AGILE development methodology Experience in client-side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS

Pega DevelopersProven work experience as a Pega developer.Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x.Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB.Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.Knowledge of coding languages including Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.

1. Designing and Implementing PEGA application/framework based solutions. 2. 4+ years of Pega developer experience. 3. Must have designed and developed at least 2 projects on Pega 7.2/7.3 platform. 4. Must have Pega CSSA Certification. 5. Expertise on various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP. 6. Knowledge of Insurance domain will be an advantage. 7. Strong understanding on Application Security. 8. Ability to execute development of Reusable Assets, Code Reviews and IT Governance for Pega Practice. 9. Working knowledge on advanced Pega OOTB integration (Data mapping for services and connectors) 10. Should have knowledge on Rules Resolution 11. Should have working experience in Pega frameworks (PUI and PBI). 12. Working knowledge on Performance Tuning Tools (PAL, Log Analyzer, DB Tracer) 13.
