The Soldering Technician will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components in our HSR Layout, Bangalore office. Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings to assemble components, soldering and desoldering components using various tools, and inspecting finished products for quality control.The ideal candidate should have a diploma in I.T.I. and 0-1 years of experience in soldering. They should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work accurately and efficiently, and good hand-eye coordination. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. The role is full-time and requires the candidate to work from our office location.

Assembly of wiring harnesses using hand tools and proper assembly techniques Soldering (IPC610 Standard) and Wiring (IPC620 Standard)Solder PCBAs, connectors, wires, crimp and install specialized wires, cables and connectors. Troubleshoot and test assemblies Maintaining a safe and clean environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Incoming Goods Inspection (IGA):Inspect incoming goods (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics etc), including test jigs, fixtures, and automated test equipment (ATEs), to ensure compliance with quality standards. Laboratory Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and calibrate electronic laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability, Testing and Troubleshooting:Perform testing, fault-finding, and troubleshooting at the component level for various electromechanical components/ devices and systems. Inventory Management:Manage the stock inventory of electromechanical parts, ensuring availability for projects and minimizing downtime. Interface with customers to understand wiring requirements, Document test results and prepare detailed reports. Responsible to release controlled documents Creation of Test System Bill Of Material Analysing and validating material/component /parts selection w.r.t tolerances, performance and manufacturability. Electrical/ Electronic Schematics preparation using AUTOCAD/ORCAD etc. Responsible to improve 5S & Kaizen initiatives Travel to client place for installation and support You will be responsible for the delivery of the items assigned to you with quality and should interact with cross functional team and resolve the problem.
