Job Summary:We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Night Administrator to oversee hospital operations during night shifts. The role ensures smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical services, patient coordination, staff supervision, and adherence to hospital policies during night hours. The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure, organized, and capable of handling emergencies and operational issues independently.Key Responsibilities:Oversee overall hospital operations during night shift and act as the administrative in-charge.Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, security, housekeeping, and support services to ensure uninterrupted patient care.Handle patient admissions, discharges, bed management, and inter-department coordination during night hours.Address patient and attendant concerns, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.Ensure availability of essential services such as pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and ambulance support.Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and discipline during night shift.Ensure safety, security, and adherence to hospital protocols and emergency procedures.Maintain night reports, incident reports, and handover notes for day administration.Coordinate with on-call consultants and escalate critical issues to senior management when required.Support audits, NABH compliance, and hospital policies during night operations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA/MHA preferred).25 years of experience in hospital administration or supervisory role; night-duty experience preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage stressful situations.Basic computer knowledge and experience with HIS systems.

Screening of patients of age 30yrs and above for RBS and BP measurement for diagnosis of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension3. Checks & Records vitals in the prescribed format. Conducts laboratory tests (simple point of care tests) as per the protocols and also as advised by the Medical Officer.4. Initiates Telemedicine consultation for Newly diagnosed /Existing Cases of HTN/DM.5. Guidance to the patients on the nearest govt health facilities for availing further management.6. Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific need in personalizing, substance abuse, and physical activity.7. Dispenses medication as per the advice of medical officer.
