* Gather pertinent information about the patient's medical and family history record information in the forms provided.* Coordinate with the counselors and patients to assist in organizing while closely working with the patient caregivers and doctor's/hospital's team.*Assist cancer patients/caregivers with accessing all the available resources for cancer patients that are provided by the doctor/hospital.* Work with the central team to provide counseling support and community program support to patients based on their need.*Provide emotional support to the patients as needed.* Be an advocate for the patients.

Patient Counselling experience from eye hospital background with 1-2 years experience preferred language for counseling is kannada English and Hindi
