The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing our organization's mission by performing key tasks such as searching, drafting patent applications, and drafting responses to office actions.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research and analysis in relevant scientific domains to identify patentable inventions and innovative technologies.- Collaborate with research teams to understand and document inventions, ensuring comprehensive patent coverage.- Prepare high-quality patent applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and technical accuracy.- Draft persuasive and effective responses to office actions from patent examiners, addressing technical and legal aspects of patent prosecution.- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including inventors, attorneys, and business professionals, to gather information and provide technical expertise.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in relevant scientific fields and patent laws/regulations to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:- B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Tech/PhD/M.Sc/BCA/MCA/Engineering (physics/chemistry/biology/statistics/economics) or any other related degree.- Experience between 0-2 years/3-5 years/6-8 years in a relevant scientific or technological role.- Strong knowledge and understanding of scientific research methodologies, patent laws, and intellectual property rights.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate patentable inventions.- Proficient in conducting comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to draft clear and concise patent applications and

1- Conducting patent search projects to the expected qualities and on a timely manner;2- Using technical background and experiences to understand invention or patent disclosures;3- Conduct patent and non-patent literature searches for generating technology landscapes, patentability, prior-art, freedom to operate, validity/invalidity and infringement reports; Analyzing patent and non-patent literature for the above purposes;4- Analyzing patent claims and description for claims mapping, portfolio analysis, patent categorization, etc.;5- Preparing robust search strategies to search and identify relevant patent and scientific literature in a given technology domain;6- Prepare research reports to be shared with scientists / attorneys / technical personnel of the client organization.

Document Work with the Regulatory affairs strategy at National /Global level . Apply for License new applications/renewals and annual registrations, new product registration & Approval, Work on Trade mark & patent approval Preparation of Product Report Product application preparation Update and maintain product registration and databases . Bid document preparation & online registration Upload and maintain technical files of medical devices Audit compliance preparation.
