Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis in relevant scientific domains to identify patentable inventions and innovative technologies.

- Collaborate with research teams to understand and document inventions, ensuring comprehensive patent coverage.

- Prepare high-quality patent applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and technical accuracy.

- Draft persuasive and effective responses to office actions from patent examiners, addressing technical and legal aspects of patent prosecution.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including inventors, attorneys, and business professionals, to gather information and provide technical expertise.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in relevant scientific fields and patent laws/regulations to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- ///PhD//BCA/MCA/Engineering (physics/chemistry/biology/statistics/economics) or any other related degree.

- Experience between 0-2 years/3-5 years/6-8 years in a relevant scientific or technological role.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of scientific research methodologies, patent laws, and intellectual property rights.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate patentable inventions.

- Proficient in conducting comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools.
