The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing our organization's mission by performing key tasks such as searching, drafting patent applications, and drafting responses to office actions.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research and analysis in relevant scientific domains to identify patentable inventions and innovative technologies.- Collaborate with research teams to understand and document inventions, ensuring comprehensive patent coverage.- Prepare high-quality patent applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and technical accuracy.- Draft persuasive and effective responses to office actions from patent examiners, addressing technical and legal aspects of patent prosecution.- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including inventors, attorneys, and business professionals, to gather information and provide technical expertise.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in relevant scientific fields and patent laws/regulations to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:- B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Tech/PhD/M.Sc/BCA/MCA/Engineering (physics/chemistry/biology/statistics/economics) or any other related degree.- Experience between 0-2 years/3-5 years/6-8 years in a relevant scientific or technological role.- Strong knowledge and understanding of scientific research methodologies, patent laws, and intellectual property rights.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate patentable inventions.- Proficient in conducting comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to draft clear and concise patent applications and

Understanding and analyzing core technical research/inventions/technologies pertaining to various engineering and non-engineering domains.Preparing technical reports.Conducting prior art searches (patentability, FTO/EOU, invalidation, Landscape, Infringement, etc.)Drafting patent applicationsPreparing response to office actionsCandidates must have - good technical knowledge and curiosity to work on cutting-edge technologies, good communication skills, writing skills, and presentation skills.Freshers can apply.Students in the final semester of their Engineering courses can also apply.Minimum Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics and communications (ECE)/ Mechanical / Electrical
