JOB PURPOSEAs a member of the NGO Program Team, the Senior Manager would manage the NGO partners engaged in implementation of projects supported by NGO / RIST. S/he would identify geographical locations with low (HDI) and identify potential and credible NGOs to undertake project implementation. The project would aim at addressing immediate, intermediate and underlying causes of problems. Identification of Partners:i. Identify potential partners in different geographical regions of India with low Human Development Index under the programming priorities of ngo.ii.
