This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon suitable for candidates with little to no experience. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Ensure that the office is clean and organized by regularly cleaning common areas, restrooms, and the pantry. This helps create a pleasant working environment for all.- **Office Supplies Management:** Assist in keeping track of office supplies and materials. Notify the management when stock runs low so that necessary items can be reordered promptly.- **Supporting Staff:** Provide assistance to office staff by helping with carrying messages, documents, and packages. This ensures smooth communication and workflow within the office.- **Setting Up Meetings:** Prepare meeting rooms by arranging furniture and setting up required equipment. This is essential for conducting effective and comfortable meetings.- **Postal Duties:** Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. This includes sorting and distributing post, which keeps communication flowing efficiently.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade education and be ready to learn on the job. Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential. Punctuality and a positive attitude towards work and colleagues are expected. A willingness to assist others and take up various tasks as assigned is crucial for this role. Being physically fit enough to perform manual tasks is also important.
