This full-time position requires a dedicated male candidate who can work from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Office Maintenance: Keep the office clean and organized by regularly tidying up the workspace and ensuring that all common areas are neat.- Supplies Management: Assist in managing office supplies by monitoring stock levels and informing the appropriate person when items need to be reordered.- Serving Tea/Coffee: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks to staff and visitors, creating a welcoming environment in the office.- Assisting Staff: Provide support to various departments by running errands, such as delivering documents or parcels, and helping with tasks when required.- Handling Deliveries: Receive and distribute mail and packages to the respective departments, ensuring that everything is delivered in a timely manner.Required Skills and Expectations:- Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and visitors.- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance practices to ensure a tidy workspace.- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.- Reliability and punctuality, ensuring that duties are performed consistently and on time.
